We are committed to protecting your information.  All password protected sections of the website are encrypted with standard security measures. All user profiles and payment screens are password protected.  To ensure the safety and security of your own account, be sure to store your passwords securely, not to share your passwords with anyone, and to log out of the website at the end of each session.

Depending on the state in which you reside, you may have certain additional rights with respect to your personal information.  These rights may include:  the right to access, correct and delete your personal information.  Additionally, where applicable, you may have the right to opt out from processing for: targeted advertising/cross contextual behavioral advertising, sale of your personal information, and profiling.

 

If you choose to share information with us, you may have the opportunity to update that information on our website or by contacting us at the following address: Info@FantasySportsKnockout.com.  You may access previous contest history when logged in to your account, in the “Contests” menu by choosing the “Past” filter.  All current contests are shown by default when you are logged in.  Upcoming contests (joined but not yet active) can be shown via filter as well.    You may access your transaction history when logged into your account, through the “My Stuff” menu, under “Transactions”.  This will show all deposits, withdrawals and league fees paid on the platform, and can be sorted by date and amount.

 

If you ask us to shut down your account or delete your information, we will disable your account within a reasonable period of time, or as otherwise required by applicable law.  Please note, however, that we may retain certain information about you to satisfy both our legal and security obligations.  For example, some of your information may remain in backup storage even if you ask for it to be deleted. Additionally, if you have asked us to delete your personal information, we may no longer be able to provide certain services to you.  For instance, you will no longer be able to participate in Fantasy Sports Knockout® contests, if you exercise this right.

 

In some cases, you may be entitled under local laws to access or object to the processing of information that we hold relating to you.

Our website is hosted in the United States of America and is intended for and directed to users in the United States.  If you are a user accessing the website from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from the laws of the United States, please be advised that through your continued use of our website, you consent to jurisdiction in the United States and exclusively United States choice of law pursuant to our Terms of Service.  Further, pursuant to U.S. law, this notice and our Terms of Service, you are hereby transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer.

Our website is not for the use of minors.   If we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of majority, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
